The Gateway Elton Street project anchors a new neighborhood in East New York. It consists of 9 new buildings - all-affordable housing with retail spaces at the street level.

 

This set of buildings, and the gracious street they front onto, form the center of the new Gateway Estates neighborhood. Local retail, daycare, and other services in each building provide residents with amenities needed for all vital city neighborhoods. Each building has a landscaped terrace and playground, lounge spaces, and spacious apartments.
