West 135th Street Apartments is a cluster of ten buildings housing 196 affordable residential apartments. Broadway performed preservation of the exterior of the building, as well as apartment and common space renovations of all apartments within the complex. 

 

All of this renovation work was done while tenants continued to occupy their homes, requiring careful coordination to ensure residents' lives were not disrupted by the work.
