PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Castleton project is a new 48-unit building in the Port Richmond neighborhood on the North Shore of Staten Island. The building will contain 31 permanent supportive units, 16 affordable units, and one unit for the building superintendent.
All apartments are outfitted with efficiency kitchens, heating and cooling units that residents will control, and a ventilation system that provides constant fresh air. Residents will have access to a lounge on each floor, a fitness room, and a community space that opens to a landscaped terrace on the top floor. Project Hospitality will provide on-site services for residents and the community in a ground floor office on Port Richmond Avenue.
