La Central Building C is a 100% affordable, 14-story, mixed-use building in the Melrose neighborhood of the Bronx. One of 5 new buildings in this complex, Building C will be built to Passive House standards, providing residents with comfortable, quiet, and energy-efficient apartments.

Building C features a new landscaped courtyard with a playground. When this phase of construction is complete, the La Central complex will be fully built out and home to thousands of Bronx families.
