PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Logan Fountain replaces a defunct gas station with 343 units of permanently affordable and supportive housing, transitional housing for homeless families, and retail space.

All Logan Fountain residents will have access to amenities including an outdoor courtyard and children’s play area. Logan Fountain will also feature nearly 8,000 square feet of neighborhood retail along Atlantic Avenue. Other amenities include a playroom, lounge, and large landscaped courtyard.
